The program is a comprehensive six month program for 18 to 25 participants. It involves participant interviews, three offsite workshop days, formulation and coaching of two to three important projects for the organization, and one on one coaching sessions.

Every part of the program is customized. At the beginning of the program, participants are interviewed by me and also complete a brief but powerful, leadership assessment and team assessment. This enables participants and the facilitator to know early-on the key leadership factors requiring the most emphasis.

What you receive in the program:
Servant Leadership for Breakthrough Results is a time tested, proven and comprehensive program offered exclusively for groups of 18-25 participants. The program is designed and delivered by me. The participants can be the senior leadership team and key subordinates, or any function or cross-functional team within the organization.
It begins with a meeting of the Steering Team. The Steering Team oversees the program and consists of three to five participants who are partners with me through the program's duration. I meet with the Steering Team four times throughout the program, to ensure flexibility and responsiveness to participants needs, and agreement on what is required during each stage of work. As partners with me in the process, the Steering Team will be accountable with me for the results of the program.
The next step is an interview with each participant. I will spend 45 to 60 minutes with each participant, so they can share their observations about the organization as well as learn about my work and the upcoming program.
Three off-site leadership skills workshop days are then held. I facilitate the three workshop days, which will be about a month apart. The proven methodology of the workshop ensures that insights are incorporated into the everyday thinking and actions of the individuals. At the end of the first workshop day, two or three projects and project teams are selected.
Project coaching then occurs. For each project, I will coach the first five project team meetings. The projects serve two important purposes: they serve as a laboratory for people to apply their newly developed leadership skills, and they produce important, breakthrough results for the organization.
Shadow coaching throughout the program. I will simply sit in and observe you and your team, such as observing meetings and providing relevant feedback. I have found this simple process often surfaces areas for improvement that otherwise would not be obvious.
Individual one on one coaching throughout the program. With each participant, I will conduct two coaching sessions, one hour each, either by phone or in person, and concentrate on individual leadership effectiveness.
